Decorative Laminates are high pressure laminates comprise of specially selected decorative papers and absorbent kraft paper impregnated with melamine and phenolic resins, pressed and hardened under heat and high pressure. The process ensures strong bonding, resistance to boiling water and stains and increases dimensional stability Surface protection through special treatment makes laminates scratch resistant.

Decorative Laminates are suitable for a wide range of applications such as home furniture, wall linings, column claddings, doors, shelves, table tops, work-tops, counters, vanity units, cubicles, lift linings, store fittings, displays, check out desks, office partitions, storage units, etc.

Flush doors are made with selected seasoned timber .The blackboard core is framed with seasoned hardwood battens and pressed at high pressure with phenol formaldehyde resin under the cross banding process. Special formulations of chemicals are used to poison the glue line against borers, fungus and termites.

Flush door dimensionally stable, termite resistant, moisture proof and so durable that it lasts for generations. Whether you are constructing a single multistoried complex or a township, These are made form high Density farm timbers, which are chemically treated and well seasoned. Battens are edge glued to make these doors and dimensionally stable. Special formulations of chemicals are used to poison the glue line against borers, fungus and termites & external preservative treatment is given to make these doors perfectly resistant to all the micro organisms. Flush doors are available in all Sizes & Thickness. Flush doors are Laminated with Decorative Veneers as per Customers requirements.
